Where to look first
Open IBO Player on your TV or device. The first activation screen usually shows the MAC address and a device key or website URL. Copy both exactly, including colons in the MAC address.
Why the MAC address matters
Activation is attached to one device. If the MAC address is wrong, the license can be applied to the wrong device and may not be transferable.
Before you pay
Take a clear photo of the activation screen. Confirm the device is connected to the internet and that the IBO Player app opens normally.
