iboplayer.ma collects only the information needed to process IBO Player app activation orders and customer support requests.
Information we collect
- Name, email, and WhatsApp number.
- IBO Player MAC address, device key, and app website/device URL.
- Selected activation plan and payment proof file.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, landing page, and referral source.
How we use it
We use this information to verify payment, process activation, contact you about your order, prevent fraud, and improve the website.
What we do not provide
iboplayer.ma does not provide playlists, channels, movies, series, IPTV subscriptions, or streaming content. Device data is used for app activation only.
Storage and security
Payment proof files are stored for manual review. Access is limited to administrators who handle activation and support. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
Sharing
We do not sell customer data. We may share data only with service providers needed for hosting, email, support, fraud prevention, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where legally possible. Some order records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
